PORCELAIN + SINTERED STONE
High heat areas
Porcelain and sintered stone is a type of ceramic product that undergoes high temperature baking to achieve a glass like, permanently hardened, and virtually non porous material and heat proof. It is crafted from a refined blend of natural raw materials and produced using advanced sintered particle technology, which ensures its durability and resistance to stains, moisture, and wear. Porcelain and Sintered stone is a great choice for areas requiring a heat resistance such as BBQ and fire places.
Quantum Six+ (Q6+) is a porcelain sheet that measures 3200x1600x6/12mm. Many Q6+ colours replicate the finest examples of marble and other natural stone. At 6mm thick (select colours available in 12mm), material is thinner and easier to work with than natural stone. You will enjoy significant cost savings when comparing Q6+ to natural stone.

Caesarstone® Porcelain marks a leap in technology, functionality, and design by introducing three innovative properties that deliver a high degree of durability, strength and style. The Fortified Frame provides an extremely hard surface, incredibly resistant to scratches, pressure, and rupture, enabling it to stand up to the most demanding high-volume use. The High-Heat Structure forms a resilient surface that is extremely resistant to high temperatures, enabling direct contact with heated objects. The blend of natural ingredients secures UV resistance, for outdoor use.

Dekton employs exclusive Sinterized Particle Technology, a high tech process which represents an accelerated version of the metamorphic change that natural stone undergoes when subjected to high temperatures and pressure over thousands of years. Sinterized particle technology synthesizes truly innovative procedures from the most advanced technology industries. This evolution represents a technological and industrial leap capable of generating a new process, a revolutionary material and a leading product
Electronic microscopy allows us to fully appreciate the material’s zero porosity, a consequence of the sinterization and ultra-compaction process exclusive to DEKTON. |
